 Saratoga Horse RX (SHRX) Home Delivery Return Policy

Certain unopened products** may be returned to Saratoga Horse Rx for credit if they are not temperature sensitive and are returned within 30 days of the original sale.

All returns are subject to the discretion of Saratoga Horse Rx and must be pre-approved before credit can be applied. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

**Note about Prescription Items:

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on prescription products due to state and federal laws prohibiting pharmacies, including those providing home delivery, to resell prescription products, even those unopened.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
